I tried using these for both running and a few gym workouts, and they just didn’t do what I needed them to do. My feet still ended up hurting, especially after being on them for a while, and they kept sliding around more than I expected. I was hoping they’d feel a little more secure and supportive, but they didn’t really give me that stable feeling when I was moving. Maybe they’d be fine for light walking or casual use, but for running or anything more active, they weren’t comfortable enough for me.

The cushioning feels really nice, soft, but not overly squishy, if that makes sense. My feet used to ache a lot after work, but they’ve been hurting way less since I started wearing these

I bought these thinking they’d be an easy fix for my regular sneakers, but they just made the shoes feel way too tight and my heel kept slipping around in a weird way. I tried them in another pair too, and it was basically the same issue. I ended up taking them out after one day because they were more annoying than helpful. Maybe they work better with certain shoes, but they definitely didn’t work for mine. Also, the constant reminders to review them were aggressive, which made the whole experience even more frustrating...

This just wasn’t worth the money. We were expecting a lot more for the price, and it ended up being disappointing. We had planned the day around it, so it was frustrating to feel like we wasted both our time and cash

I was disappointed with this. Mine started peeling after about two weeks, which was way sooner than I expected. Like I said, if you’re looking for something that’s actually going to hold up and last, this probably isn’t it. Not really worth it in my opinion.

On really hot days they’re not a total miracle, but they’re still a clear step up from the old insoles I was using. Shipping was smooth too

Just a warning for anyone considering these for work shoes, they didn’t feel very stable in my experience. My feet still rolled a bit, and my balance felt off while wearing them. They might work fine for some people, but if you need solid support and stability, I’d be careful. They just weren’t a good fit for me

I ordered a pair of insoles from zelusinsoles.com thinking it would be a quick thing, like place the order, wait a few days, and move on with my life. I was actually looking forward to trying them because my shoes had been bothering me, so I kept expecting that shipping email to turn into an actual delivery soon.
Instead, it kind of became this little daily routine where I’d check the tracking, see basically nothing new, and then check again later hoping it had magically moved. The updates were sparse, which made the wait feel even longer because I never really knew where the package was or when it was actually going to show up.
When the insoles finally arrived, the product seemed okay so far, so it wasn’t a total loss. But the slow shipping took a lot of the excitement out of it. I might consider ordering again if they improve the delivery time, but as it stands, I’d think twice before going through that wait again...

I ordered my usual size and they fit in my shoes well, though they felt a little snug at first. I trimmed them down a bit and they were much more comfortable after that. Giving 4 stars because I think the sizing info could be a little clearer

At first, these felt a little stiff for me, and compared to the insoles I usually use, I wasn’t sure I was going to like them. After about a week, though, they started to settle in and feel much better in my shoes. Walking is definitely more comfortable now. I just wish they broke in a bit faster, but overall I’m happy with them.

I had to return the insoles because they didn’t fit right. The return process itself was straightforward, which I appreciated because I was already feeling mentally drained and didn’t want to deal with anything complicated. The only frustrating part was that the refund took longer than I expected. Support did respond though, so that helped a bit.

They did end up fixing my issue, so I’m happy about that. It just took a bit longer than I expected to hear back.

I bought these insoles because I kept getting soreness in the same spot whenever I was on my feet for a while. Compared to the cheap ones I had before, the pressure does feel more spread out, especially around my heel and the middle of my foot, so there’s definitely some improvement.

That said, after a few hours I still feel pressure near the ball of my foot, so they’re not a complete fix for me. They’re fine, just not amazing, and I’m a little worn out from trying different products and dealing with the whole shopping/return cycle. Shipping was normal and the site was easy enough, so no complaints there.

I grabbed these for my work shoes because, the smell was starting to get embarrassing. After a few days, I could already tell a big difference. There’s way less odor when I take my shoes off, and they fit fine without feeling weird or uncomfortable. i’m just glad my shoes aren’t stinking up the room anymore.
